Terms and Conditions

1. Course Provider

All experiences and courses will be provided by RED Driving School and its agents (RDS Driving Services Ltd).

2. Booking

When you purchase an experience, we will send you an automated email confirmation and a voucher code. You must use your voucher code to book your preferred experience date.

You may be allowed to change the date of a booked experience up to 48 hours prior to the session, provided availability exists on an alternative date. If a suitable date is available, you will not be charged for this rebooking. RED has no obligation to provide alternative dates.

You cannot transfer your purchase to an alternative experience.

It is your responsibility to attend your booked session. If you fail to attend without adequate notice, RED is under no obligation to provide an alternative session.

All purchased experiences must be booked and completed within 12 months of the date of purchase.

If RED needs to cancel or postpone a session, RED will notify you and provide an alternative date. If no alternative date is available, a full refund will be issued.

3. Payment

Payment is made through our secure online payment process. You may request a refund up to 14 days from date of purchase provided your booked session has not yet taken place.

4. Health and Safety

All participants must comply with the safety briefing and instructions of RED staff at all times. RED reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not comply with safety requirements, without refund.

Participants must be in a fit state to take part. If in doubt, please contact us before booking.

5. Age Requirements

The RED FirstDrive experience is available to participants aged 11 and above. All other experiences require participants to hold a valid UK driving licence unless otherwise stated.

6. Liability

RED accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property except where caused by RED's negligence. Participants take part at their own risk.

7. Online Webinar Courses

All modules for a purchased course must be completed within one year from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to have access to compatible hardware and software for course attendance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
